All offerings on this page are for skilled practitioners who already have substantial experience selling team coaching. If you don’t yet have a lot of experience selling team coaching, or are planning to enter new markets, please check out the comprehensive Core Program.
At the advanced level, you can sign up a la carte for individual seminars listed below, or commit to the advanced program which includes all the seminars plus active, regular support for you to expand and roll out your team coaching business development plan over five months.
Once you have taken at least one Wider Value session, you are also eligible to sign up for Individual or Group Supervision on your particular business development challenges and opportunities.

How Wider Value advanced level works
You are a seasoned team coach. You know you can add value to organizations at a systemic level and you have already contracted with organizational clients and delivered team coaching to them. Yet you have capacity for more advanced systemic team coaching if only you could win more of the right customers at the right level.
I’ve been selling, project managing and delivering leadership team coaching for systemic change in large organizations worldwide for ten years. Prior to that I was the founding CEO of a successful tech business which I sold in tranches between 2007 and 2009. I have lots of experience both entering completely new markets, and thriving in areas where I am well known.
The whole industry of team coaching, particularly with a systemic lens, remains in its global infancy. Many coaches have edges about engaging with top business leaders. But working through automated sales platforms, and/or selling only to operational leaders and HR departments limits our growth and impact. Wider Value helps you raise your level.
