Advanced business development program 2026

For team coaches and consultants

This program is for skilled team coaches who are ready to commit to regular action to build their businesses over at least five months, and see value in doing this in community and with expert help.

The program is for people who have successfully completed the Wider Value Intermediate Program. Experienced team coaches with solid sales experience may also be allowed to join directly at the advanced level.

What’s in the Advanced Program

  • Relatively light time load. About 4 hours per month of essential class time, the remainder of each month to build your business and deliver to clients.
  • Program launch March 11, 2026: setting clear business development goals, crafting adaptive plans, designing for program collaboration.
  • In-depth group supervision Business Development Clinics: maximum 6 per group. Practical review of your own business development cases for group supervision led by Mish.
  • Monthly seminars on advanced business development topics. Expanding the Wider Value business development framework introduced in the Intermediate Program. Stimulating growth. No problem if you miss at least one in the cycle.
  • 2-weekly “stand-up” group check-ins – regular, short (max 30 min) and direct. Sharing progress, support and accountability. Option of small group check-ins on alternate weeks.
  • Program closing session August 12th: Thorough review of business progress, personal and group learning and new opportunities emerging.

You also get access to up to 3 hours of individual business development supervision at 50% of the normal rate.

Comparing program with a la carte options

You can take the seminars and sign up for group supervision Business Development Clinics separately, for a higher total cost. What you get on the advanced program, apart from savings on these costs, is

  • The bigger goal setting, planning and review process that bookends the program is only available to Advanced Program participants.

  • “Standup” progress and accountability sessions will be jointly scheduled by participants and Mish for a regular day and time every two weeks (max 30 minutes each).

  • Pre-requisite: must have established team coaching practice where you are selling and contracting directly with clients, and/or completed Intermediate Program
