For team coaches and consultants

All offerings on this page are for skilled practitioners who already have substantial experience selling team coaching. If you don’t yet have a lot of experience selling team coaching, or are planning to enter new markets, please check out the comprehensive Core Program.

At the advanced level, you can sign up a la carte for individual seminars listed below, or commit to the advanced program which includes all the seminars plus active, regular support for you to expand and roll out your team coaching business development plan over five months.

Once you have taken at least one Wider Value session, you are also eligible to sign up for Individual or Group Supervision on your particular business development challenges and opportunities.

How Wider Value advanced level works

You are a seasoned team coach. You know you can add value to organizations at a systemic level and you have already contracted with organizational clients and delivered team coaching to them. Yet you have capacity for more advanced systemic team coaching if only you could win more of the right customers at the right level.

I’ve been selling, project managing and delivering leadership team coaching for systemic change in large organizations worldwide for ten years. Prior to that I was the founding CEO of a successful tech business which I sold in tranches between 2007 and 2009. I have lots of experience both entering completely new markets, and thriving in areas where I am well known.

The whole industry of team coaching, particularly with a systemic lens, remains in its global infancy. Many coaches have edges about engaging with top business leaders. But working through automated sales platforms, and/or selling only to operational leaders and HR departments limits our growth and impact. Wider Value helps you raise your level.

Advanced Seminar Option

In this a la carte option, I’m inviting you to participate and help generate wider value for yourself, your clients and the ecosystems you both serve. There is a menu of topics, dates and times to choose from. To enter, I am asking two things from you:

  • Bring substantial real-world organizational team coaching and sales experience, and
  • Pay 35 US dollars per seminar to participate and make the preparation and organizing worth my while. Or make a more solid commitment via the Advanced Program

Typical seminar components

In 90 minutes we will make our time together valuable by the following:

  1. Brief, punchy keynote from Mish (usually delivered in advance by video)
  2. Engaging interactively – this will not be just a download
  3. Small groups – deep exploration and reflection
  4. Actionable insights and commitments to build your business

This advanced business development seminar is for team coaches who already have advanced skills and have sold and delivered substantial team coaching in organizations, or completed the Intermediate Program – and want to raise their game.

Advanced Program Option

Participants in the advanced program make a five month commitment to sustained action.

  • Live interactive case review and supervision with a highly experienced CEO and coach, Mish Middelmann
  • Work with a small group of accountability partners meeting regularly (at least three times a month), supporting and holding each other accountable
  • Participate in building out the Wider Value business development framework introduced in the Intermediate Program.
  • In addition you gain complimentary access to all advanced Wider Value seminars during the first 5 months of 2026.

Pioneers of the advanced program in the first half of 2026 get a substantial discount on the standard rate – total cost US$500 for the entire 5 month program.

Program runs from January 21st to June 10th, 2026.

You also qualify for one-third off the price of elective modules offered during your program.

  • Advanced Business Development Seminars US$35 per 90-minute interactive seminar. Pre-requisite: substantial team coaching sales and delivery experience, and/or completion of Wider Value Intermediate program.
