How the advanced seminars work
You are a seasoned team coach. You know you can add value to organizations at a systemic level. Yet you have capacity for more advanced systemic team coaching if only you could win the right customers.
I’ve been selling, project managing and delivering leadership team coaching for systemic change in large organizations worldwide for ten years. Prior to that I was the founding CEO of a successful tech business which I sold in tranches between 2007 and 2009. I have lots of experience both entering completely new markets, and thriving in areas where I am well known.
Let’s create a generative space for “co-opetition” and advanced business development amongst advanced systemic practitioners. Starting in 2025, I will be convening advanced seminars where team coaches ignite and inspire each other into action, as well as benefiting from my experience and insights into both business and systemic team coaching. I’m also offering an intermediate program for those who need a more comprehensive foundation in business development beyond the basics.
The whole industry of team coaching, particularly with a systemic lens, remains in its global infancy. Many coaches have edges about engaging with top business leaders. But working through automated sales platforms, and/or selling only to operational leaders and HR departments limits our growth and impact.

How the intermediate program works
This comprehensive program is for coaches and consultants who have the practitioner skills but not enough organization-level team coaching and consulting work. Spread over two months to enable independent action, the intermediate BD program will help you over the edge to:
- find and contract valuable team coaching clients
- work with them beyond quick fixes, enabling sustainable change to address their needs
- generate exceptional value for yourself, your clients, and your clients’ clients.
The core curriculum consists of four intensive live interactive masterclasses, spread over eight weeks, plus your own one-on-one session with the highly experienced instructor, Mish Middelmann. There will be practical business development work for you to do between classes – supporting you to build your business as the course unfolds.
